What software do you use?
Whatever fits your business, often the tools you already have. We're not tied to any platform.
What counts as one « workflow »?
One trigger and one outcome. For example, a quote request coming in and a quote going out. We agree on the list before we start.
My team isn't comfortable with technology. Will this work?
Every workflow comes with an hour of training, and we stay with you while things change. The goal is that it holds without us.
What happens if an automation breaks?
The monthly includes monitoring and error handling. It's our job to spot the problem before you do.
Is this about replacing staff?
No. The time we win back is yours and your team's, for the work that pays.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the size of your business and where it's starting from. We give it to you after the assessment, before we begin. If software subscriptions are needed, they're in your name, on a separate line, and never marked up.
Is there a contract?
Yes, a 12-month agreement. In return, every package comes with a written guarantee: if we don't meet it, you can end the agreement. All the details are in writing, in the agreement, before we start.
