The foundations
- AI that writes like you, not like everyone else
- Your business explained once, understood for good
- No more generic content

AI keeps writing generic garbage for you? That's normal: it knows nothing about your business, and nobody ever told it. This course fixes that. One level at a time, in order.
It's free, it's in plain language, and it's built for owner-led businesses with 3 to 30 employees across Canada. We ran every step on our own business before putting it here.

The guides land in your inbox as they come out. No daily newsletter, no sales pitch. Just the guides.
You'll get the first guide the day it comes out. Have a look at the curriculum below in the meantime.
The curriculum
You can't build anything solid with AI on top of nothing. Who you are, what you sell, how you talk: that comes first. Level 100 gets built once. Level 101 puts AI to work, one task at a time. Level 102 turns those tasks into systems that run without you.
Every level comes with practical guides and documents you keep: clear steps, templates, examples. We're not holding anything back. Follow along and you can run this in your business right away, on your own.

Who Modus is
Modus is an operations and AI consulting firm based in Sherbrooke, Quebec. We work with owner-led businesses across Canada, in both languages.
Big companies have someone whose job is to keep up with AI. Small ones have Modus.
"AI is our job — so yours stays yours."
Get to know ModusWe start from how your business actually runs, not from software we want to sell. We don't push tools and we don't take commissions from anyone.
Every flow we build keeps a human decision point. AI proposes, you make the call.
Everything in this course, we did on our own business before writing it down. The brand, the voice, the offer, the whole department. We show the work, not promises about results.
