Do you choose the candidate for me?
No. We bring you screened candidates and booked interviews; the hiring decision stays yours. We don't draft employment contracts either: that's your lawyer's role.
What if there are no candidates in my region?
We tell you before taking your money. If your trade doesn't have 5 available candidates in your region, you'll know from the start.
Is the monthly required?
No. It's a one-time project. The monthly is optional, to keep the pipeline warm between hires.
How much does it cost?
The price depends on the size of your business and where it's starting from. We give it to you after the assessment, before we begin. If software subscriptions are needed, they're in your name, on a separate line, and never marked up.
