Why Modus exists
AI is changing how businesses run, and it's changing fast. The companies pulling ahead have one thing in common: someone whose job is to track what's coming and put it to work.
In most founder-led businesses, that job falls to the owner, on top of everything else. Not for lack of will. The days are already full.
Modus takes that job on. We track what's coming, sort out what's worth it, and put it in place with you, so your attention stays on your business.

We worked inside the machine
We've both worked inside enterprise technology companies, and one of us built the AI practices those companies brought to their own clients. So we know which parts of AI are real, which are sales theatre, and which will still be here in three years.
We've built our own businesses
We've also built and run businesses of our own, and sold for a living. We don't talk about your business like technologists guessing at it: we talk about payroll, quotes and callbacks because they've been on our desk too.

Sell AI
We sell the outcome. AI comes in only where the return is real. And sometimes the right answer is a $0 process change. We'll tell you, even when it costs us the work.

Lock you into a platform
You run the tool that fits your business, not the one that suits us. The recommendation answers to your problem.

Make you dependent on us
What we build is documented and yours. If you let us go and it keeps running, we did our job.

Cut your team
Modus exists to help your team go further, not to make it smaller. The position we replace is yours, at 9 p.m., working for free.
